Gordon Grieves
President/Owner
Gordon is owner / manager of Venture Mechanical Systems Ltd. / VMS Group. He is involved in all aspects of the business from general management and administration to mechanical design and estimating. Ensuring that projects proceed smoothly from start to finish is an important management role that results in lasting relationships with our customers.
Cliff Perepolkin
General Manager
Cliff is involved in the estimating, purchasing and managing roles on mechanical systems projects. He also performs complete fire protection design from hydraulic design to final AutoCAD plots. He has a proven track record as an effective contributor to the successful completion of projects.
Grant Day
Project Manager
Grant has an excess of 16 years of experience in the mechanical industry on projects ranging from residential, commercial and institutional. This experience has been of benefit to the entire project as the mechanical is often a substantial portion of the work.
Michael Kelly
Project Supervisor
Mike has installed and managed installations ranging from residential to industrial with experience from the site service stage through the finish stage. On-site design re-work skills and his strong co-ordination ability have helped streamline many an installations.
Darrin Davies
Project Supervisor
Darrin has become a well-rounded foreman with experience in all aspects of mechanical projects. He started with the company as an apprentice and has advanced with the ability to co-ordinate plumbing, sprinkler fitting and sheet metal crews on small to large projects.
Rob Argatoff
Project Supervisor
Rob has been with the Cranbrook based division of the company for 5 years. He has effectively organized and supervised a variety of East Kootenay projects. These projects have ranged from multi-unit residential buildings to high efficiency commercial geothermal installations.
